We all want to be successful, at least I have never met any one who is hoping for a life of failure! The good ews is that God is also longs for us to be successful, and He has given us some very powerful tools to guarantee our success!

The loss of a loved one is never easy and it is perhaps our greatest test of faith - it is when faith gains its greatest meaning. Abraham was a man of faith, and his faith is evident even in the loss of his wife.

It seems to us unthinkable that God would ask Abraham to sacrifice his own son, but this story is a powerful testimony to Abraham's faith and God's amazing provision.

Often, we find our selves drawing battle lines and choosing sides. We are certain God must be on our side - because we're right - right? But, whose side is God on?? The answer might surprise you!

When we put our faith in Christ we permanently change our citizenship from earth to heaven and we become sojourners on this earth. Abraham lived his life as a sojourner waiting for the promise of God. His life teaches us much about living as foreigners on planet earth.

Life is full of difficult choices, and even more so if we take seriously the call to follow God and serve Him. Abraham is a great example of one who chose to obey God, even when it was very difficult.

As Abraham grows in faith and moves closer to seeing God's purpose fulfilled in his life, he still struggles with human weakness and doubt. There is much in Abraham's life that an honest person can relate - and in the midst of the struggle, find God's grace!

It is often hard for us to understand how God can allow so much evil in the world, and at the same time make sense of God's judgment of evil in the world. This message helps us better understand how a loving God deals with an evil and sinful world.

What does it mean to live life with God? Does God really intend for us to live with Him, and does the God of the universe really care about our everyday life? Not only does God desire that, but it is the highest goal of all creation.

Are you ever too old for God to work in your life? Sometimes God does His best work when we are the weakest and least likely to be used by Him!

Why does it take so long? Trusting God would be so much easier, if God wasn't so slow! There are very good reasons why God works in our lives the way he does. This message at why God takes His time!

We are called by God to be a blessing to those around us - to be His hands and feet to the lost world around us. But, exactly what does that mean and how can we really make a difference in the world?

God in His grace has blessed us with many blessings, but it is not for us simply to consume for ourselves. We are to be a blessing to others - a channel by which God shows His love and goodness to the world.

What is in a promise? That all depends on who is making the promise. When it is God who is making the promise it is everything. Do we live daily in the light of God's promises to us?

God calls Abraham out of a life of idolatry and into a life with him. It is the beginning of an incredible journey that God takes with mankind!

It is easy for us to be impressed with our selves - well, if not with our selves at least with the accomplishments of great people. But, God is not at all impressed with the works of mankind. In fact, God can bring to a complete stop the great works of humanity in the service of His own will and purpose!

Can you imagine having influence with God? Is that even possible, or is it really something we would want? Noah had influence with God, in ways he was probably not even aware of, and this message shows us how we too can stir the heart of God!
