A competition like no other, Parker and Jon draft their teams for an upcoming series of matchups that will pit bourbon vs bourbon, rye vs rye and much more. Who will win? In this episode we bring together an expert panel to explore the wide world of the hottest drink of the summer, Seltzer. There are a lot of brands making seltzers nowadays...and we try most of them. On second thought, "expert" may be a strong word to describe our seltzer panel, but they certainly have some opinions on the subject.

Joined by two special guests, we try even more delicious and unique single cask and vintage Plantation rums, have some light discussion about piracy, and surprise our guests with a very special "bonus" rum. 

The guys explore one of Florida's premier distilleries, St. Augustine Distillery. The nation's oldest city has some great history and it turns out some great spirits as well.

Sugarcane is great! In this installment the guys talk about their favorite Hawaiian agricole rum distillery, Ko Hana. This is a brand that combines the attention to detail of a French winery, the beauty of the island of Oahu and 4 guys with machetes.
