Unsettled weather continues Monday – and for much of the rest of the week. Temperatures will top out near 90° but it’ll feel closer to 95°. Watch for showers and thunderstorms – a couple of which could be severe – in the afternoon and evening hours in particular. Transcript

This weekend’s weather looks decent as high pressure is in control on Saturday, keeping almost cloud-free skies and seasonably warm temperatures without the usual June humidity. High pressure slips offshore Sunday, allowing more moisture to return and a front to move across the area, potentially kicking off a few showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening. Breaks in the clouds are expected, and we should see a little sunshine to help get temperatures into the low 70s in the afternoon.
