Centre of Hope Victory Church

We have a choice to make every time a situation presents itself. We can choose to respond from the hope in the tree of life, or we can respond through the judgment of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. The insight in this message will help you become more aware of your choices and help you to choose life over fear.

'Pastor Ray dives into some Hebrew 'picture letters' to show us just how amazing God is. God shows us His plan to take His children from exile to redemption and how He can bring beauty out of the ashes.'

Our walk as believers is not always an easy one. Life isn't always fair and it is not without suffering. Be encouraged—you are not alone! God sees you and knows.

Fear is a liar! It is a tool used by the enemy to keep us from walking in the fullness of what God has called us to. Recognizing the lies of the enemy, confessing that as sin, and repenting for believing them are some of the greatest tools we have to overcome fear. We can learn some lessons from Elijah's life as he struggled with fear, just like we do today.

Elijah was a man who went through cycles of hiding in God due to exhaustion, fear, and sometimes brokenness, as well as times of standing up strong and courageous. In this message, we learn that there are times of rest, but then comes a time to stand up. Through every season, God provides all that we need in Him.

Jesus extends great grace to Peter on the shores of the sea after His resurrection. It is a wonderful picture of the grace that Jesus extends to us. As we choose to receive Him - He meets us where we are at.

Our life as believers in Jesus Christ is a journey of becoming sons and daughters. It's a journey of receiving Him and giving Him access to all of who we are. As a Church Family, we take some time to look back and see all that God has done over the years.
