1 Thessalonians 2:7-2:12 | How has God designed fathers and mothers uniquely? The gospel offers good news for each and every father and mother. Through the death of Jesus on the cross, family dysfunction and sin can be overcome. Fathers can be redeemed to reflect God the Father's leadership and character. Mothers can be forgiven and restored to reflect the meekness and gentleness of Christ.

Ephesians 5:31-5:32 | The gospel explains our marriages and our marriages explain the gospel. God always intended it that way from the very beginning, long before the saving work of Jesus Christ had taken place. Exodus 5:1-6:30 | Why do we suffer as Christians? If we are saved from sin, doesn't that mean we should be saved from suffering? In Exodus chapters 5 & 6, Moses acted on behalf of Israel and did what God told him to do. As a result, they suffered. The big picture shows that God has a purpose and plan in our suffering.
