27 Now you are the body of Christ and individually members of it. 20 As it is, there are many parts, yet one body. 21 The eye cannot say to the hand, “I have no need of you,” nor again the head to the feet, “I have no need of you.” 22 On the contrary, the parts of the body that seem to be weaker are…

7 Therefore welcome one another as Christ has welcomed you, for the glory of God. 1 As for the one who is weak in faith, welcome him, but not to quarrel over opinions. 1 We who are strong have an obligation to bear with the failings of the weak, and not to please ourselves. 2 Let each of us please his…

11 For this is the message that you have heard from the beginning, that we should love one another. 7 Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God. 8 Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love. 16 So we have come to…

1 And you were dead in the trespasses and sins 2 in which you once walked, following the course of this world, following the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that is now at work in the sons of disobedience— 3 among whom we all once lived in the passions of our flesh, carrying out the desires…

22 to put off your old self, which belongs to your former manner of life and is corrupt through deceitful desires, 23 and to be renewed in the spirit of your minds, 24 and to put on the new self, created after the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness. 1 I therefore, a prisoner for the Lord,…

1 For this reason I, Paul, a prisoner of Christ Jesus on behalf of you Gentiles— 4 Sopater the Berean, son of Pyrrhus, accompanied him; and of the Thessalonians, Aristarchus and Secundus; and Gaius of Derbe, and Timothy; and the Asians, Tychicus and Trophimus. 27 When the seven days were almost completed,…

11 Therefore remember 11 Therefore remember that at one time you Gentiles in the flesh, called “the uncircumcision” by what is called the circumcision, which is made in the flesh by hands— 12 remember that you were at that time separated from Christ, alienated from the commonwealth of Israel and strangers…

6 The nations rage, the kingdoms totter; he utters his voice, the earth melts. 10 “Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!” 44 And in the days of those kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that shall never be destroyed, nor shall…

5 he saved us, not because of works done by us in righteousness, but according to his own mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewal of the Holy Spirit, 16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. 12 And there…

1 See what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God; and so we are. The reason why the world does not know us is that it did not know him. 1 See what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God; and so we are. The reason why…

30 And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ 31 The second is this: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.” 34 A new commandment I give to you, that you love…

17 And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile and you are still in your sins. 18 Then those also who have fallen asleep in Christ have perished. 19 If in Christ we have hope in this life only, we are of all people most to be pitied. 20 But in fact Christ has been raised from the dead, the…

13 For you were called to freedom, brothers. Only do not use your freedom as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another. 14 For the whole law is fulfilled in one word: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” 31 So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the…

16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. 1 I mean that the heir, as long as he is a child, is no different from a slave, though he is the owner of everything, 2 but he is under guardians and managers until the date…

2 “Truly I know that it is so: But how can a man be in the right before God? 15 We ourselves are Jews by birth and not Gentile sinners; 16 yet we know that a person is not justified by works of the law but through faith in Jesus Christ, so we also have believed in Christ Jesus, in order to be justified…
