Following the horrific fires that ravaged Hawaii, Matthew McConaughey has stepped up to help assist survivors who have lost everything on the islands. This week, we take a look back at Matthew's appearance on Celebrity Salute, and urge you to do what you can to support our fellow Americans who lost loved ones and homes in Hawaii.
