She discusses Jesus, his sonship to Mary and Joseph, and the insights we can gather by observing him as a son. 3/17/24 Fr. Michael closes out the retreat with a talk on how to take this content with us. He prepares us for our final mass which follows the talk. After following through the passion, Jesus has risen! So as we prepare to leave retreat, Fr. Michael descriptions how to remain close to Jesus and His Sacred Heart.

3/16/24 Mary Elizabeth shares about her experience with the heart of Jesus relieved in the crucifixion. She speaks on how she has entered into personal relationship through suffering and how that has redeemed her own identity. This session aims to prepare everyone for adoration which follows the talk.

3/16/24 Julie is a beloved administrator and teacher at St. John Bosco Academy. She shares her experience discovering the love of Christ in her ministry working with kids. She shines light on the truth of love and it’s important in our lives. She reads from the book, “I Believe in Love” by St. Therese and focused on the simplicity of love and how it transforms our lives.

3/16/24 Immaculée is a survivor of the 1994 Rwandan Genocide. She lives on to share her story of peace and reconciliation that she has learned through a faithful prayer life with the Blessed Virgin Mary and the Holy Rosary. She shares her experience through the genocide and how she has come to know the love of Christ and His Sacred Heart.

3/15/24 Meg and Mary Elizabeth are co-coordinators for retreats on the CSA Board.
