Ruth Chapter 4:11-22 We will look into the sources of some of these great Jewish insights, we’ll see why God gives the Mosaic Laws about the Land ownership, dig into some more Jewish backstories, and end with the difference between Old Covenant HESED and New Covenant AGAPE.

Ruth 3:8 – 4:10 We look at Ruth’s awesome attitude, how Boaz is a kinsman redeemer like a certain Jewish Rabbi 1000 years later, we’ll see how Ruth is a woman of worth and valor, we’ll see if the marriage proposal is sweet and innocent or a little seductive, and dig into some of the very cool Jewish backstories …

RUTH CHAPTER 2:8-3:7 We will look at Ruth’s awesome attitude, how Boaz is a KINSMAN REDEEMER like a certain Jewish Rabbi 1000 years later, the very suggestive scene at night when Ruth presents herself to Boaz, was Naomi’s plan sweet and innocent or more than a little naughty? And we’ll continue to see foreshadows of Jesus, Mary, and the Church.

Ruth 2:1-8 We will look at the massive Bible theme of suffering, dig deep into harvesting and reaping, meet Boaz the strong, look at Ruth’s REAL relationship with King David, talk about why the name Jehovah came about with some Christians, and we’ll hear a MOMMA MARY Alarm that links Ruth with the Blessed Mother!

Ruth Chapter 1:6-22, Welcome Good People from all over the lands! Book of Ruth, picking up in 1:6… We will look at the Law of Moses regarding widows and Levirate marriages, deep dive into Moabites and why the Jews were so strict against marrying Non-Jews, and we’ll introduce the earth-shaking theme of HESED!

CHAPTER 1:1-5 In this our first episode of Ruth, we will tear into FIVE WHOLE VERSES of Chapter 1! This book is AHHHH REFRESHING! We’ll dig into some Jewish backstories, take a look at some fascinating historical perspectives on the famine, and take a little road trip through Bethlehem to the slaughter of the Innocents by King Herod 1000 years after Ruth.

The final episode with Chapter 14, the two stories of Bel and The Dragon. The theme of both is essentially: my God is bigger than your god. Wrapping up the series with a few words about End Time prophecies and then we conclude this amazingly fun study! I pray it touched you!!

Chapter 13: The story of Susanna, only found in the Greek and Latin Bibles, and now in the Catholic Bible. A great story of judgement, virtue, faith, and being known by God. Also looking at the Protestant view of the Rapture: where it came from, Jonathan Nelson Darby, and where it fails as a theory.

Chapter 12 The vision of the Resurrection of the Dead from the angel. And we look at the Catholic Church teaching on the End Times, Resurrection, Second Coming, and New Heavens and New Earth. There is a LOT to take in!

Chapter 11:40 through all of 12. Much on the antichrist from Fr. Arminjon and much on the resurrection of the dead. We begin 13 insights into chapter 12.

All of Chapter 10 and 11... this is a quick RACE through many details of war and intrigue that Daniel foresees with the help of an angel. Complicated histories with the wars of the North and the South, culminating in Antiochus IV and the desolation of the Temple. Then, something odd happens... as the prophecy seems to change from Antiochus to Antichrist! This is a set up for something HUGE!

Daniel 9:20-27 The Seventy Weeks of Years -- one of the most stunning prophecies in the entire Bible... we look at the words of Gabriel to Daniel through the lens of a fulfilment with Antiochus IV and the time of the Maccabees, as well as with Jesus Christ, as well as with the antichrist and end times. This is dense and deep!

Episode 9 8:15-9:19 Don’t miss this episode! We start to put together a major puzzle in Biblical Christianity: how do the prophecies of Daniel line up with the words of Jesus? And how do they fit together for the end times and the second coming of Jesus? Also, a fascinating look at something we have been told for thousands of years… yet God Himself NEVER said.

Daniel 8 Chapter 7:23- 8:14 The angel explains the vision of the four water beasts; we dive into history and the classic understanding of the fourth beast, ten horns, and growing little horn as being Rome. Episode 7 Daniel 7:1-22 We explore the first half of Chapter 7 as we experience Daniel’s visions that relate to the Jewish people and the coming of the Messiah. We’ll talk about apocalyptic writing and dreams and parables… Why does God so often communicate with us in riddles? We’ll spend some time again on the historical context of the world powers at that time, and focus in on the most important...

Daniel Chapter 5 and 6. We cover a lot of territory in this episode! King Belshazzar--who IS the King? The writing on the wall. The prophecy of what's to come. King Darius--who IS he? Daniel and the Lion's Den. And links between Daniel and Christ Jesus.

Daniel Chapter 4, the second dream and interpretation. This time, the gigantic tree that is chopped down, but able to grow again. We go off on the topic of Babylon as a symbol for evil nations and the reign of anti-Christ, the connections with the Tree of Life in Eden, and the interesting rise in other world religions during the time God is silent with Judaism.

Daniel 3:24 through the end of Chapter 3. The critical scholars and heresy, the Greek portions of Daniel, the fiery furnace, and the amazing three young men!

Daniel 2:24 to 3:23 Daniel tells the King the dream and interprets what the statue represents: the kingdoms to follow him, including an everlasting kingdom! Then the King creates a statue to be worshipped and the Three Young Men refuse!

Daniel 1:8 thru 2:23. Continuing with the set up; 5 "secrets" of surrendering to the Divine Will that we learn from Daniel; the introduction to the King's dream; and the amazing character of this young man!

Daniel 1:1-7 The intro, the history, the names, with focus on the Chaldeans, Typology, and Maps to lay the foundation!

Beautiful and powerful, this letter SHOWS us how a Christian is supposed to maneuver difficult issues in their world. A GREAT peek into the early church with history, practice, belief... an awesome way to close out the series on Paul's Prison Epistles!

St Paul touches on several practical issues that he deals with in his other letters, demonstrating how to live as Christians. Then he closes his letter with some fascinating names of key New Testament players!
