Many of us are walking around feeling the weight of our past mistakes. Many of us think that we can’t possibly be of use in the Kingdom of God. But the Grace of God is a game changer! There is hope for each of us and it is found in Him.

What do we do when God does not do what we think He should do?

When it comes to receiving from Jesus, we often and readily discount ourselves because of our attitudes, our traditions, our ideals, our comfort. We want it all to make sense to us. We want to be able to package it. We want to see the entire path laid out before we say yes to the first step! It’s not about what WE want….it’s about what HE wants.

For Easter we’re skipping ahead in the Gospel of John to chapters 20 & 21. James is preaching on Jesus’ Resurrection!

What is freedom? And is there a cost?

What was it about Jesus that led people to having so many different opinions about Him. Jesus came to “ stir up the waters” in the hearts of the people, to lead them in a different way of doing things and He wants to do the same thing in His church today
