In this week’s episode Rae is joined by Rachel Sloan, Employability and Placements Adviser and Christo Nation, a University of Exeter alumnus. Rachel and Christo discuss the value of professionalism and provide tips and advice on how to present your best professional self.

In this week’s episode, Rae Roberts, Employability and Careers Consultant, thinks about the question many of you may face, how do I choose a career? To help get you thinking, Rae introduces four steps to help you when choosing a future career.

In this episode, Employability and Career Consultants Dominic Prosser and Jenny Phillips, discuss Imposter Syndrome and how it manifests itself. Dominic also recommends strategies that you can use to combat imposter syndrome so that it doesn’t affect your career.

We know that interviews can be nerve-wracking at the best of times. In this episode David Pritchard, Employability and Careers Consultant at the University of Exeter, and student Mel, provide practical tips and advice on how you can best prepare for interviews and effectively manage your nerves both before and during your interview.

This episode is all about networking.  At the moment we are still having very limited face to face interaction with others, but our Employability and Placement Advisors John Greaves and Ben Toulson offer some great tips on how to ensure you can still network and stay connected while we are continuing to work remotely.
