I was given the opportunity to have Angelos give me a tour of the facility and I got to see the massive 14lb speckled trout that they have raised at the research lab. Getting to know Angelos and learning from a guy like him was truly an awesome experience....

Donnie Jackson is a charter fisherman out of Venice, Louisiana, however, on this episode, I went to the Golden Nugget in Biloxi, Mississippi where Donnie had just won $283,000 and the Mississippi Gulf Coast Billfish Classic!  I got the chance to interview him directly after the award ceremony that Sunday evening, and the story is pretty awesome!  Give it a listen!
