August 17, 2025Numbers 21After facing rejection from Edom , Israel encounters hardships, leading them to complain and rebel. God punishes them with venomous snakes, but Moses intercedes, and God provides a solution through the bronze serpent.

Last week we saw the people, driven by wanting more, complained.  That complaining syndrome infects Miriam and Aaron as well.  Now, we see them and their pride contrasted against Moses and his humility.  Pride will always make us wander – especially as leaders.
