Matthew 6:5-18, 7:7-11 February 11, 2024 Fasting and prayer are also a part of the regular rhythms of a follower of Jesus. Jesus doesn’t say, “If you fast,” or “If you pray,” but understands that we WILL. And here He gives us counsel on “how” to do both of these. These two rhythms or discipline are absolutely not only life changing, but eternity changing.
