In this passage John gives us three evidences of the Father's love in our life.

In 1 John 2:18-29, I will be answering two questions in our verse by verse study. First, what is the "spirit of the antichrist and second what protects you and I from the deception and lies that come from the spirit of the antichrist?

In this Spirit inspired letter, John lays out twelve contrasts by drawing a defining line between light & darkness, truth & lies, and life & death. Today we will unpack three verses, 1 John 2:15-17, and see the contrast between the Love of the Father and the Love of the World.

What comes to your mind when you hear the phrase "living the good life"? In 1 Peter 3:8-12, scripture lays out what "Living the Good Life" looks like and how you and I can "Live the Good Life" that honors Jesus our Lord.

In 1 Peter 2:13-25, God gives us instructions in submitting to our leaders and government. You may ask, what do we do when our government and laws go against God's word? I will give a biblical answer to that important question in my teaching titled "Doing What Is Right."

In this amazing passage Peter lays out for us the Believer's pursuit of holiness. Holiness is when we find our ultimate happiness and pleasure in serving God and is a matter of our heart and the way we live our life.

Peter writes this epistle to Christians spread across Asia Minor telling them how to make it thru trials, tribulations, and persecution and lays out the blueprint for having a Living Hope in Difficult Times!

That first early Sunday morning, before sunrise, as the women were going to the tomb to prepare Jesus' body for burial they discovered an empty tomb and came face to face with the Risen Lord.
