How long do your New Year's resolutions last? Phil gives some practical teaching on how to ensure your new year's resolution last - the major key is doing it in God's strength, rather than your own! Phil also offers great encouragement and hope for 2014. It will be a year of reconciliation and restoration. Praise God for His plans and purposes for us!

Simeon, old but faith-filled, believed that he would see the Christ before he died. He looked FORWARD to God's promise. All through Biblical history people looked FORWARD to God's promises. This Christmas we too can have complete faith in God and look FORWARD, to the fulfilment of God's promises in our lives and the lives of our families. We can trust that God's word WILL come to pass.

Mary said 'Let it be unto me according to Your word'. Despite the impossibility of her situation - she was a virgin - she gave birth to Jesus. God has spoken many things to you throughout your life. We can forget, let go of and feel despair for the promises and prophecies God has given us because they take too long, seem impossible, other's can't see them as viable... BUT...God's word will NOT ret...
