As we wrap up this week, we hear from Paul that we are sealed with the Holy Spirit. This shows us that we belong to God and that we are empowered to live a life in Him and through Him.

Together we dive back into Ephesians 1:11-14 and focus on the two words “in Him”. Christ dwells in us, but our reality is that through His blood, we are in Him. Existing in Him, redeemed in Him, and alive in Him.

Today we wrap up our interview with Heather Khym and dive into the amazing reality that Christ dwells in us. We ask the Holy Spirit to help us believe and experience this reality.

As we continue our interview with Heather Khym, we discuss what God has given us through His grace and real live practical situations where we need to lean into God’s providence.

The truth that John is inviting people into is a deep, abiding relationship in community. However, this relationship isn’t just with others but it is with Jesus and the Father. As we draw closer in communion with others, our fellowship is also with the Lord.

Today we focus on the amazing reality revealed in this Word that the eternal life that was with the Father has now been given to us. Today we ask the Holy Spirit to enlighten our hearts with the spirit of revelation so that we may live in this truth.

The truth about God that John proclaims is given through his testimony – what we have seen, heard, touched. We are encouraged today to share what the Lord has done in our lives with those who don’t know Him.

This week we dive into 1 John 1 and immediately see John referring back to the beginning of the Gospel of John where he states that we “beheld his glory”. He makes clear that what he is communicating is not a story but the truth about God.

Peter takes his conviction even further, stating that those who do not bear these qualities in a godly life and ineffective and unfruitful. God is calling each and every one of us to live in his love and to be effective and fruitful for the Kingdom of God on earth.

Peter outlines a reality that a godly life isn’t just possessing faith – it is a faith that is supplemented with godliness, steadfastness, self control, knowledge, affection and love. And we have to choose these things every day!

In today’s episode, Peter encourages us to take what we have been given in Christ and to make every effort to put it into action in our lives. We focus on the reality that grace isn’t opposed to effort and God is calling us to put in effort in our spiritual lives.

God not only gives us power, He gives us promises about who we are, where we are going, and how much God loves us. Living in these promises changes us into new creations.

This week we dive into 2 Peter and hear about God’s divine power that lives in each and every one of us. This power changes and transforms us into children of God and we discuss how to live out this reality.

Finally, the Holy Spirit searches the mind of God and actually gives us the mind of Christ. Today we discuss how to live in this reality.

One of the realities of being a follower of Jesus is that the best is yet to come. Today we examine the beautiful truth of the amazing depths and heights of what God has prepared for us.

The Holy Spirit reveals to us the secret and hidden wisdom of God! Today we discuss what that secret and hidden wisdom is and how the Holy Spirit enlightens us.

As we continue in 1 Corinthians, we confront the weakness of our own hearts and how the Holy Spirit strengthen us.

This week we dive into 1 Corinthians and discuss what the Spirit of God does in our hearts. Specifically, today we discuss the reality that Jesus is the testimony of God.

On Good Friday, we reflect on the cross as God’s instrument for victory. This place of death becomes the place of triumph and glory, a symbol of hope and great love for each and every believer.

Before He went to the cross, Jesus confronts the weight of all evil in the world in the garden of gethsemane. There, Jesus accepts the cup of wrath the Father gives Him to drink, experiencing the weight of sin and death.

Through His passion, Jesus submits perfectly to the will of the Father. Through His obedience, he gains salvation for the world. He also gives us an example on how to obey God’s will.

In today’s readings, we see that for Jesus, the place of true glory is the place where he suffers. This suffering is honored and valued by the Father, showing us what is important in the Kingdom of God.

We begin this Holy Week by going through the daily readings. As we walk together, we ask the Lord to give us the special grace to journey with Him through this Holy Week in each step of His passion.
