God wants to do great things in our lives and, through the example of Paul, we learn to ask Him to do more than we could ask or imagine.

Paul continues his prayer, asking that we would be rooted and grounded in love. As we grow in our knowledge of God’s love, we become able to live securely rooted in Him.

Today, we discuss what it means for Christ to dwell in us as his temple and how we are to live in light of this truth.

Paul prays that we would be strengthened in our inner man. Today, we discuss how coming to the Lord and praying this prayer allows us to be empowered in the Spirit.

This week, we take up Paul’s prayer in Ephesians 3 and examine what he desires for the Ephesians, and for each of us, in our journey with the Lord.

Finally, Paul urges us on with the command to put on love with our wills, to actually choose to love or neighbor and put on love each day.

Yesterday we discussed living in our renewed man, but how are we renewed? In the image of the Creator! Today we discuss how to live in the image of our Creator.

An important part of setting our minds on Christ is to put to death the old man weighed down by sin and to put on the new man, which is being renewed.

In today’s episode, we move through Colossians 3 as we talk about how each day we set our minds on Christ and what that looks like in our lives.

This week, we pick back up Colossians 3 and begin to discuss what it means to be raised and seated with Christ at the right hand of the Father.

Today, we wrap up our week discussing Dei Verbum by reading a passage and seeing how that passage can feed, transform and protect us.

God’s Word is living and active, and today we discuss how God’s Word cuts to the heart and transforms us, but also confronts us and helps us change by the power of the Spirit.

Today, we read in Dei Verbum how God’s Word feeds us and discuss how we approach the Lord’s table to feed on his Body and the Word.

This week, we take some time to dive into Dei Verbum , the Church’s dogmatic constitution on divine revelation. We discuss the importance of knowing what the Church says about God’s Word as a source of encouragement.

Peter ends his preaching with a proclamation about the identity of Jesus: that the Father has made him Lord and Christ. Today we dive into the importance of receiving Jesus both as our Savior and our King.

Today we read that Peter preaches the Gospel with clarity and power. We discuss how the Holy Spirit empowers us and the Church to preach God’s Word with clarity and conviction.

We see the apostles receiving the Holy Spirit as Pentecost, and today we discuss God’s desire to pour the Holy Spirit out upon the whole Church, including each and every one of us.

As we continue through Acts 2, we see that as the apostles receive the Holy Spirit, they receive an increased power and authority for the mission of evangelization God has given them.

This week, we dive into the story of Pentecost in Acts 2. On today’s episode, we focus on the importance of the apostles receiving the power of the Holy Spirit.

Jesus does what Adam, Abraham, Noah, and Moses could not – fulfills the law through His life, death, and resurrection. In this episode, we discuss how Jesus’ obedience brings us out salvation.

We read in Romans 5 that death entered the world through the sin of Adam, but we see how Jesus, the new Adam, brought life into the world, defeating the reign of death.

God’s gift of grace through Jesus is free. Today, we discuss receiving Jesus’ free gift and contrast that with the cost of Adam’s sin.
