Welcome to Bucovery. Join Tyler Woods Ph. D. as she uses a Buddhist approach to mental and physical well being. Tyler blends psychology and Buddhism to help achieve balance and puts an emphasis on a sense of purpose. The Buddha was referred to as “The Great Healer” and by letting go of attachments and having compassion for self and others, she believes can lead to optimal healing.
