Shortly after michigan's marbles were scattered all over the Orange Bowl field, the Righteous Bucks were winning all the Roses.

Always good to reference Iron Maiden when talking about the playoff games and the Rose Bowl.

Christmas merriment equals the boy and I sludging through our 40 plus bowl picks!

With the somewhat predictable conference championships complete, what can we expect from playoffs?  Bowl Season?

In this episode, the boy and I talk about the conference championship games as if we care.

The stink of the defense never really went away during the course of the season.  This allowed the blind squirrels to maneuver based on scent.  As such, they were able to find the acorns....er...marbles.

Seriously, at this point, they are just messing with right?  It's really just one big joke, isn't it?  Oregon, with an abysmal loss, is in the top four because they absolutely have to double-down on "Head-2-head matters"  But 6-3 Penn State is not ranked while 6-3 Auburn/Wisconsin ranked because....?

Due to technical difficulties, this one is late to press.  Makes some of the predictions even more amusing.

If you want cringe-worthy, this episode is it.  I try to pontificate about my objective spreadsheet (for ranking the CFP).  Felt pretty good at the time.  When I listen to it however....well....cringe-worthy.

Ohio State wins, michigan loses.  Super!  Super!

With this recap of the Ohio State / Indiana game, the primary question is:  Why on earth would you wear leather pants to a cold, rainy late-October football game?

Yeah, last week was pretty terrible but you really just need to find the gems that we hide in the manure pile.

It was an extremely limp performance on our picks but, with a little bit of love and levity, we rise above it.
