Genesis of Grace -Badi Badibanga Join us as we discover how a mishandling of sexual purity can have deep-seated ramifications in the lives of people around us. The Genesis story is full of disappointing stories that can leave us wondering if there is indeed a God of Grace in the midst of all of it but soaked even deeper that the sin we see in these stories is the boundless grace of God.

This week we are confronted by how God's grace searches for its people in their failures and fears. The evidence of this truth is found in Genesis 20 in Abraham and Sarah's interaction with Abimelech. God reminds us of His consistency in securing His covenant relationship with Abraham even when Abraham allows his fears to speak louder than the voice of God.

We all at some point struggle to reconcile the presence of a good God amidst the evil we see in the scriptures and our world today. Journey with us as we explore Genesis 18 and 19 seeking to find the beauty of God's grace through a story that seems to have nothing except sin and pain.

Being present and committed to the work that God is doing in our lives. In Genesis 17, God is calling His people to have skin in the game by demonstrating their commitment to the covenant of God, allowing Abram to be an active participant and a vested partner in God's work of Grace. When we get impatient waiting for God’s promises we try to take control. Our hearts desire to be heard, seen and understood. But God is not a God who is silent. He knows our past, where we have come from and He knows where we are going. To be seen and heard by God is to experience grace. This grace is accessible to you every day.
