Last week we talked to Briar Mitchell. She had contracted with a service that provides cadaver dogs. They searched the area that Keith claims to have put his 3rd victim. Keith talks about that as well as another victim. I will admit, this call was very interesting and caught me off guard a little.

In Vancouver, BC there is a place that is known as the low track. It was place that was full of prostitutes, drugs, pimps, violence, poverty, and death. A lot of prostitutes began to go missing.
