Jesus pulls no punches when addressing those who do not yet believe in him. He calls us to look to the cross and believe in the one we see.

Jesus never stopped short of making norm-shattering claims about His identity. Declaring Himself to be the Light of the World was certainly no exception. The implications of our response to this statement might just change the way we live.

No one hopes to finish life feeling like it was wasted. Yet, we live in a culture of such mindless complacency. Jesus wants better for us and calls us to live with counter-cultural Gospel urgency.

Aren’t you glad Jesus stayed so focused on his mission? Even in the face of opposition, Jesus models a brand of belief that stays the course - a belief that leads us into the freedom only He offers.

Our motives for following Jesus get tested when we are confronted by hard truths. Some will persevere, others will not. What will you do?

Your soul was never meant to be satisfied with temporary things. When Jesus says “I am the bread of life,” he’s revealing that he has and is exactly what we need.

No matter how great the storm, we have a God who meets us in the middle of it and gets us to the other side.

When we’re in a season of great need, often our best attempted solutions fall short. Fortunately, Jesus is the kind of leader who knows how to handle our needs.

Your existence is not an accident. Your identity is greater than you know. Your life has a purpose, and Jesus offers direction on where to find it.

Our culture is filled with people who are both wildly successful and profoundly unsatisfied. Are you willing to consider the possibility that satisfaction comes not in the acquisition of things, nor the performing of works, but in the knowledge of a particular person?

Often, our most hopeless moments are those marked by our perceived inability to realize lasting life change. But what if, through the power of what the Gospel makes possible, real change was not only achievable, but an inevitable? In our sin, we became distinctly other than God. But through Jesus, we can regain what was lost as we are re-made holy once again through his power.

When you’re caught in the middle of a storm in your life, what do you do? Is there hope that you’ll hit solid ground? Absolutely, because Jesus sustains.

Everyone is enslaved to something, and some things enslave us all. We need a redeemer who can remove guilt, alleviate fear, defeat evil, and conquer death. So, can we be set free? Yes, because Jesus Saves.

We’re called into community, but not for community’s sake alone. God’s plan for his people is connected to his mission. What’s the mission? Letting the Good News spill out into every nook and cranny. As a result, broken hearts are restored and God’s family grows.

Are you led more by your head or your heart? Often in following Jesus, we're prone to prioritizing one over the other. But it's not either/or. It's both/and. When it comes to the Christian life, the Gospel should compel us to worship and worship should point us back to the Gospel.

Prayer was never meant to be complicated. But Jesus knew that we, being human, would tend to convolute the simple things. So He gave us a practical template from which to pray specifically and simply.

This series has been one of asking the question, “Is Jesus at the center of my life?” The logical follow-up question is, "What happens if He’s not?" What would the consequences be?
