Inspired by international submissions, R4 answers the first line of questions and comments from the many platforms of social media, e-mails, and the burgeoning "Bounce" YouTube channel and Force Fed Digital Podcast.

The Lost Episode concludes as R4 and Professor Food wrap up their driven banter for whoever might seek the advice of an a currently active and recently retired NYC nightime veterans.

On this edition of Bounce, we dust off an old episode from the late 10's and welcome back Professor Food for another lively conversation with R4.

We join R4 as we revisit Metricopolis for another adventure in the Midtown Manhattan night spot, but not without discussing current events taking place in New York City.

Searching for some semblance of good news, whilst recording on a live on his "The United Ronin NetwoR4ks" YouTube channel, R4 gleefully shows his notice for Jury Duty, as it signifies his official return to society as a law abiding citizen. This episode is dedicated to the memory of Big Mike.

A testament to what dangers the Bouncer endures. This episode is dedicated to Laurence Hopkins. Rest In Power to him and all other Angels who have given their lives in the name of safety and security.

We revisit R4's sometimes most beloved place yet least liked in The Bronx, The Infamous Triangle once again. While taking a break at the front of La Laguna he witnesses an incident that begins inside the place directly across, Saoco's, that literally spilled into the street.

In this controversial edition of Bounce, the current events of immigration and issues such as sickness and a rising crime rate in a city, which was once upon a time heralded as the safest metropolis in the United States, eroding to a much sadder time, some say is reminiscent of the bad old days. However, R4 sadly lists the reasons why these are the new bad days.

In his hospital room waiting to begin a sleep study, R4 is reminded of the time he had to visit an ER after a pretty violent night at the Beach House, in The Bronx.

On the electric streets of Hell's Kitchen in Midtown Manhattan, New York City, R4 is employed at a tiny, but upscale restaurant by day and also a gay friendly bar at night. The money was right and R4 loved working there because it wasn't a tough gig at all and folks for the most part were very respectful, but sadly he'll soon be reminded that nothing ever lasts in the very Fast world of the nightl...

At his official last place of employment before retirement, R4 takes us to the fabulous event spaces where he served as the Security Guard, in the lobby of their respective locations; one in Brooklyn and one in Harlem.

We head back to Brooklyn to revisit Club Kingdom. R4 has been assigned to the VIP area where he encountered a famous film director and his entourage.

When R4 decided to take the long way to work and walk instead of taking public transportation for once, he runs into a co-worker who just happened to live in the same neighborhood with him. Together they take a cab to the place called 'Laughter' located in the part of The Bronx folks call The Herpes Triangle.

In New York City, when a Bouncer is told he or she will be working in The Bronx, they are going to automatically feel a kind a way; it's almost mandatory. Blocks away from the infamous Herpes Triangle, R4 takes us to a diner bar, certainly not without its own wild and chaotic moments.

There is no such thing as coincidence. That's what R4 loves to say. On the weekend of his dear departed mother's birthday, it wasn't the usual hustle and bustle in this gig. Aside from one unfortunate incident, the weekend went absolutely perfect. This episode is dedicated to the loving memory of Barbara Figueroa.

For the Holiday Season, we shall discuss another Holiday, St. Patrick's Day. R4 meets up with a fellow bouncer to do the event taking place. Not in NYC, though. No, we're going to New England this time. The State of Massachusetts to be exact.

Wrapping up the conversation about compensation, the host R4, the young student turned professor and the elder godbody, speak on respect, or the lack thereof, dress codes, other careers besides Bouncing and what should be our moniker. The police are the 'finest', firefighters are the 'bravest', correctional officers are the 'boldest'; what should Bouncers be?

Continuing the discussion with fellow NYC nightlife veteran bouncers, R4 and his former partners the Elder God Ed Denis & the young professor Professor Food discuss police and policing and the dangers of cowardice shown by supposed bouncers who don't do their jobs correctly, thus making the ones who actually try their best to do their jobs well look really bad. Going back inside the crates to dust off old lost tapes, we reintroduce the brothers from the "Four Brothers", minus one. Unfortunately, Rocky Cruz cannot join us as he was out making one of his usual power moves, this time we are joined with the young professor Professor Food and the Elder God Ed Denis.

Funny how this is the 11th Chapter. This is the club where I first met The Admiral to begin an 11-year career with him and his team.

We join R4 on a staycation misadventure. This time we're heading to Montauk, the very end of Long Island. This episode is dedicated to the memory of Max Andre Francois, better known as T-Bear.

Numero Nueve or Number Nine is where R4 digs into his notifications to find the best questions and came across one sent directly from Jamaica. Coming up with a good answer triggered a memory of a mishap taking place at a Mexican restaurant in West Harlem.

The Eighth installment has us crossing the heralded Queensbridge into Long Island City, to visit a Nightclub turned Gentleman's Lounge, then turned to a popular After Hours spot. This presents an opportunity for R4 to share a secret he's kept well hidden for more than a decade.

Concluding the 'Club Departure' tale, R4, his brother Vlad and a crew of their closest friends and family take on a ten story nightclub and the 10,000 plus patrons they had to deal with. They weren't bad at all; it was the entitlement of certain celebrities that set the course for a huge rumble to take place.

The Seventh Chapter unites The Garcia Brothers for an adventure to Manhattan to work a gig in an infamous ten story nightclub on the Far West Side of Midtown.
