Bought Back Ministries
Welcome to the Bought Back Ministries Podcast, where we proclaim the redemption found in Jesus Christ for all who trust in Him for salvation. All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God (Rom. 3:23), making all human beings sinners in the sight of God. Redemption is available for all who will believe in Christ because He has redeemed us from the curse of sin with His death on the cross. Study the Word of God with us for encouragement and instruction as we look to Scripture for hope in these troubling times in which we live.

Kingdom Stories 1 22.09.2025 30:01
Jesus had a great way of teaching spiritual truths, and that was with parables. Parables were probably His favorite method of teaching spiritual truth. A parable is often referred to as "an earthly story with a heavenly meaning." Jesus took every component of life and taught stories that people could relate to and understand. Please join me today as we examine the parable of the Sower, t...

If you are a believer, then this episode is also for you, to help you witness to those who are...

Grace Comes to Town 08.09.2025 29:21

Liberty Puts a Chokehold On Legalism 01.09.2025 29:48
Walking in freedom with Christ is one of the greatest blessings we have in our life with Jesus. Thankfully, He does not load us down with a bunch of rules and regulations to follow. However, many religious people want to burden Christians with their rules to follow. It can leave people confused about what is right and who to follow. Rest assured, we are to follow Christ as He is revealed in the Sc...
Dinner With Sinners 25.08.2025 30:30
One of the greatest things about the gospel is that it is available to everyone. We do not have to have great standing in society or attend parties for the rich and famous. Jesus loves everyone, regardless of how popular and respected they are within societal ranks. Jesus calls those who are considered even the lowest of the low, those who are unnoticed and unwanted by the rest of the world. While...

It is a wonderful and exciting thing to witness or even receive a divine healing. However, we often are in need of more than a healing. We need a touch from God. Thankfully, God is not afraid to or ashamed to give us a divine touch when we are in need. Sometimes our pain extends far deeper than just physical in nature. Pain and sickness can leave us with emotional and spiritual needs that are not...
A Picture of Compassion 04.08.2025 30:35
One of the greatest attributes of God is His unfailing compassion. God does not look at us all with frustration and anger, but rather love and forgiveness. We all have sinned in the past, but Christ loves us anyway. He will forgive you of every rotten sin you have committed and shower you with compassion if you will trust Him. I pray this episode brings hope and healing to all who are in need.
The Cost of Discipleship 28.07.2025 30:05
Prior to starting anything new, it is important to consider the cost. This is true in relationships, businesses, building projects, etc. This is also true when it comes to following Christ. Jesus calls us to a life of service to Him, which means we will have to sacrifice something along the way. However, there is nothing worth having outside of a relationship with Christ. You will find that follow...

The Comfort in Suffering 30.06.2025 33:48
It is a sad, hard reality that people suffer. In fact, no one is immune to it. In fact, suffering was so severe in the first century church that Peter's first epistle deals with directly. Peter did not write as one who was unfamiliar with suffering and oppression. The opening verses in the first chapter of 1 Peter show how Christians can rejoice even while they suffer. Join us in this episode...
