Welcome to my prayer for the #30303 challenge I’m doing with @1000families. I hope this meditation provides spiritual and emotional support to you over the next 30 days and beyond.

This is a necessary one right here.

This is a difficult prayer for me to post because it requires me to shine light on a deep-seated belief I've struggled with for years. Growth is sometimes uncomfortable, but it is required. Let's do this.

Today I started the day off tidying up, drinking two satchets of IASO tea in one (lemon + raspberry) and deciding to no longer allow petty grievances and problems to stand in my way and prevent me from creating the life I imagine and desire for myself. 💞💕

Shame is a loss of esteem, respect or dignity. It’s a useless emotion. Let’s drop it. 🧘🏾

Let’s get passed all these silly little fears that were programmed into us, shall we? Let’s pray.

Whatever you focus on will expand in your life. If you don’t want more of something, starve it of your attention and focus on those things, people, experiences and situations you desire to experience more. Do not jeopardize your creations for the sake of being a nice girl.

I was meditating and reviewing my results from the past two weeks of detoxing and I realized I could be even more efficient and get even better results. In this episode, I share my ideas for efficient detoxing and I pray for us to experience ease with this process. Feel free to share with your friends.
