I was so happy to welcome back Rachel Kapelke-Dale back to Books are Chic! She Zoomed in from Paris and was chicer than ever. We were there to celebrate her latest, The Fortune Seller. We chatted all things early 2000's, fashion, adolescence, tarot cards, writing and so much more!
