We were pleased to be apart of the 2025 woman's hunt in Bogota. We bring three of the woman Jenna, CC, and Chey on this episode to get their perspective of the hunt. The best time of the year is finally here! On this episode we recap our opening day hunt and give our thoughts on how it compared to years past. From the best we can tell everyone seemed to have a good opener. We also dive into a discussion on moist soil vs corn on the refuges. On this episode we have three special guest Johnny Copeland, Judy Childress, and Hayley Box. Judy and Hayley went coon hunting for the first time in the 2024 youth coon hunt in Bogota. This Saturday was opening day of squirrel season so in Bogota boy fashion we went hunting and had a squirrel stew to follow at the No Limit Cafe. The Bogota boys are honored to have Dr. Brad Cohen and Cory Highway with Cohen Wildlife Lab as well as Jamie Feddersen with the TWRA as guest on this episode. Together they are the brains behind the West Tn duck research project and gps trackers. The information they are gathering and teaching the public about waterfowl is incredible. We are very much appreciative for the hard work they are doing....

We want to thank Peyton and Mike for coming on this episode to recap the 1st annual Bogota duck calling contest. They traveled from Florida and Texas to compete in Bogota and were both top contenders in the third round. Peyton went on to win the two man meat duck, congrats!
