It seems to me like every other person I talk to these days have one thing in common. Whether it be a relationship, friendship, job or even personal journey, there is some shedding taking place. Maybe it's just me and the people I know but how are you?

There's something about remaining present that opens your heart and your mind, there is so much to see and learn. This episode speaks on the lessons that I learned from a plant.

In this episode I share that I have buried some things and overtime I mislabeled them as healed. It is so easy for us to chose the things we want to face simply because of how they make us feel. It's time for you to call those stuff to the front so you can begin your healing.

Thank you to all of you who have been supporting me on this journey. It it time for me to make a change. In this episode I am sharing some of those changes. I look forward to your continued support.

Please allow me to be transparent and not judge me for it. On second thought, asking for grace might be too much but I share this part of my life so that others will understand that they're not struggling alone but also so that many of you can learn more so you know how to show up for those you love and care about. Ever so often we sabotage God's plans for our lives because we cant seem to make sense of them in the natural. In this season of my life I have to be obedient and do what needs to be done so His will can be done. I don't know who this is for but go bravely knowing that His plans for you are of good and not of evil.

She shares her story with her Ex Husband which is a reminder why it is important to love yourself and also learn to accept people for who they are instead of who you want them to be. I hope we can view her story as a reminder to trust ourselves enough to know when its time to walk away.

After eight years of marriage, six babies and years of crying in quiet and putting on a show in public, she finally files for a divorce. Good for her. Don't be like her though. Choose yourself. Value yourself more than you do a man. Choose a man who actually likes you.

Throughout time Eve has been blamed for every struggle that both men and women face but we don't talk enough about Adam's responsibility that he clearly failed to stand out. Let's get into it

As women I think we need to be more selective about the people we let into our space. I get that we all desire to have a sisterhood but we must be able to tell when it is time to sever a connection.
