A half-hour episode of me trying to get my mind off Wordpress customization and on the day ahead. Basically, decompressing after many hours of hyperfocus yesterday, and trying to prevent it from happening again today… at least until I’ve got the important things taken care of for the day. Also some cat meows near the beginning.

Mostly a rambling monologue on some of the objects and methods I use to accommodate my neurodivergences and physical disabilities. Unlike my typical podcasts, where I’m trying to get things done or start my day, this was recorded to pass an hour of time, and was more relaxing than ranting about the state of the world for an hour.

The person who calls me on a schedule and listens as I think out loud and reminds me of things I’d said previously is too sick to do that today, so I thought out loud into a podcast instead. Mostly just me going through a checklist of things and spending some time thinking about and/or doing them.

I used to have someone call me three times a week to be an extra brain while I thought and planned and tasked, but switched to twice a week a while back. The cards I use to remind me of things include my ‘call cards’ with the checklist to go through during each call. It’s the first day of the new year, according to the Gregorian calendar, and I wanted to record an episode. Except I didn’t have the energy to talk for a full hour. So you get this minisode. I’m less eloquent and more unfocused than typical, and there was very little useful that was actually said, but I did make food for myself and got started on some stuff in the kitchen. Enjoy.

Today is the 48th anniversary of my birth, according to the Gregorian calendar. This episode is similar other recent episodes, with me talking about everything and nothing, while babbling more-or-less non-stop, being a little productive around the house, and making sure that I'm prepared to move forward with my day.
