I. God has provided a solution for people's problems - for Judah it was turn back from Egypt, for us it's turn from the world to Jesus Christ. II. The Lord is waiting to be gracious, because He is long-suffering, merciful, and by His grace He is exalted. III. "At the voice of the cry, when He shall hear it, He will answer thee." IV. God hears us, and answers us.
