Being in a service-oriented profession, I think we can sometimes get lost in thinking of the many needs/wants of our clients, and lose sight of our own desires. Today is the day to name what YOU want, my friends! It doesn’t mean you have to take any kind of action, but admitting your heart’s desire is an important step in finding contentment in our profession (and in life, for that matter).

So much of the time, our studio struggles come down to changes we don’t expect or resist (for whatever reason). Today, we seek to make peace with the inevitability of change, and also aim to help our students do the same.
