Where have I been? I’m glad you asked. I’ve been processing life and coming to terms with loss and learning to live with a series of firsts. Take a walk with me down memory lane.

It’s been a really long time since I was here. Here’s the reason why, and here’s how I’d like to appreciate you all. Beverly is finally speaking again. You are LOVED and you are ENOUGH.

I am finally strong enough to talk about my journey towards healing after losing my Mummy. I have so much joy right now. This journey, the ability to celebrate and honor both her and Daddy through my life has given me the permission to be happy.

Let’s talk about fear … and how to overcome it. Let’s talk about learning to fight for you and loving you enough to fight. You are LOVED. You are E. N. O. U. G. H.

You cannot fully and unconditionally love someone until you are fully at peace within yourself. In this episode, I explore the relationship between inner peace and true love.

One thing that got me through these past few months was prayer. Many times I could not pray but those around me - my tribe - held me up in prayer. They continue to do so. Today I want to pray for someone out there who needs a soul hug. May these words bring you peace and comfort. You are LOVED. You are E. N. O. U. G. H.
