The Ark of the covenant was captured by the Philistines (1 Sam 4:1-10). An outbreak of tumors and disease afflicted them, forcing them to return the ark to the Israelites. The ark was sent to Kiriath Jearim to the house of Abinadad.

When you become a Christian, something truly amazing happens: God comes to live inside your heart. You become the home of God. And since we are the home of Christ, we need to make sure He's comfortable in us. Is He welcomed in every room? To peek in your closets? See inside your pantry? Look under your bed?

The Christian needs the power of the Holy Ghost for exploits in the service of the Lord. Enduement with power from on high makes a great difference in a believer's life, ministry, home, and in every area of his/her life.
