This Sunday Pastor Yates calls us to examine our "walk" with a message entitled Reconstructing Our Walk. What is leading you? Are you Walking by your Flesh, or Living by the Spirit of God?

This week Pastor Nate continues the Built different series by examining the make up of the Body of Christ.

This week Pastor Nate continued the "Built Different" with a message from Psalm 51 about our hearts.

As we open the New Year, Pastor Nate calls us to recommit ourselves to one another, to our discipleship, and to the mission of the church by examining the early church and qualities that they had that led to many receiving salvation.

In the final message of the year, Pastor Nate points us to a God who restores. In this message, we explore the words of Jesus as He declares that He is the Good Shepherd."

Rev. Jonathan Queen, from the First Baptist Church of Glenarden, joins us this week with a message of "Good news and Great joy, that is Granted for all." 

Last week, Pastor Nate inquired as to whether we were "Seeking the King, of being Self Seeking." This week, we ask ourselves "What Will You Bring to the King?" When the Magi sought Jesus, they did not approach for selfish reasons. How we approach the king is an indication of what is going on in our hearts. This weeks message takes a look into the journey of those who were seeking to find the messiah. Pastor Yates calls our attention to a pivotal question in this message. "Are you Seeking the King?"

When God is about to do something incredible, you don't have to be afraid because He will perform the miraculous. This week Pastor Nate takes us into the life of Mary when she is told of the miracle that God is going to do in and through her, to remind us that we don't have anything to fear; we serve an Incredible God!

No matter whether we are in the mountains or valleys of life, we can trust God to lead us and keep us no matter where we are or what we face. This week's message reminds us that our God is a Shepherd that keeps all of His sheep.

What do you do when life has not gone quite the way you have hoped? How do you handle situations where you are wondering where God is, and you are even wondering what to do when you are looking for God but don't see His hand at work in your life? This week, Pastor Nate takes us to a similar situation in the lives of His people and calls us to remember some important things as we wait on God.

What would you do if God called on you to give up the thing that mattered most to you? Your response is an indication of where God sits in your life and what He is worth to you. God called on Abraham to give up what was most dear to him to see where Abraham placed God in his life. This week, Pastor Nate takes us to Gen. 22 to see how God responds to our sacrificial obedience.

This week we look at how God shows himself to promise keeper in the Abraham. No matter how long it takes, God will always fulfill his promises. As we examine this passage, we must ask ourselves will we trust God when what He has said seems impossible?

In this week's passage, God engages Abram and declares a covenant between Himself, Abram and Abram's descendants. We will engage to learn what happens in our lives when we commit to follow God by examining how this interaction impacts the life of Abram.

This week Pastor Nate explores how who we listen to impacts us as we seek to follow God. 

After Abram rescues his nephew, gives a tithe, and rejects riches God engages him in a covenant. In this passage, the Bible says that Abram believed and it was counted to him as righteousness. As we examine this passage, and the life of Abram the question is "Do you believe?" This week Pastor Nate continues his "Called Out" series, with a sermon entitled "When God Restores." In this message Abram has found out that his nephew is a captive and goes to retrieve him. God grants him victory and his actions give us insight into what we should consider when God gives us victory and restores that which we thought was lost.

This Sunday Pastor Nate continues his "Called Out" series with a message entitled "Set Apart." In this message, Abram has to address division in the family in the midst of a blessing. Sometimes adversity is not the product of lack, but it comes in the midst of abundance. How we handle conflict is important to seeing the promises of God revealed in our lives.

This week, we continue to walk through the life of Abram. When God calls us to do something great we will often find ourselves facing challenges that call on us to trust Him to keep us. In this message, we explore the impact of what happens when we allow our fear to drive us instead of trusting God to keep us.

Whenever God has something great in our lives, He will call us out of the ordinary and convenient places to follow Him in faith toward His plans for our lives.
