The summer of cricket may be winding down but the summer of tennis is just heating up and John Alexander chats to Lehmo about the stories and players to watch out for when the Australian Open gets underway.

The Milano-Cortina Winter Olympics are less than a month away and Alisa Camplin, Australia's Chef de Mission, joins Lehmo for a preview of what to expect from the Australian contingent. 

The Women's Pro Baseball League (WPBL) is launching it's inaugural season in August 2026. Nine Aussies were selected in the historic inaugural WPBL draft, including Chloe Atkinson and Elodie O'Sullivan who joined Mitch Turner to talk about the exciting prospect of turning pro.

It's been a few days since the Ashes was wrapped up with Australia winning the series 4-1, and the BBC's Henry Moeran joined Mitch Turner to reflect on the series.

Australian Open CEO Craig Tiley joined Sam Lane and Lehmo on Summer Grandstand to preview the Australian Open and a massive summer of tennis.  Tiley put to bed any worries around the fitness of 10 time winner Novak Djokovic, and also discussed the return of Venus Williams, the Alcaraz-Sinner rivalry and the tournament's record prize money. 

She's the former captain of the Australian women's cricket team who led the team to a maiden T20 World Cup title in 2010.  Now Alex Blackwell has been honoured with induction into the Cricket NSW Hall of Fame.  The cricket legend joined Brett Sprigg on Summer Grandstand to discuss a range of topics surrounding the women's game in Australia and beyond. 

The 15th edition of the Big Bash League is nearing the business end of the tournament, and it has been another excellent tournament.  Across the Indian Ocean South Africa's SA20 competition is also in full flow, and that league is growing in size and interest around the world as foreign investment has pumped money into the league.  So could the SA20 surpass the BBL in terms of quality and interest...
