Beloved Church

"The Culture is a derivative of the people; the people are not a derivative of the culture." Pastor Steve Cassell Let's have a culture that is cured, rather than a culture that continues to settle for a temporary healing.

God's kind of love requires action. Your ability to resist temptation is directly parallel to your love for the Lord, as well. To fully understand the Lord's love and its purpose, you must realize that it's not necessarily about His love for you, rather your love for Him, and what that looks like in your life.

1 Corinthians 11:30 talks about why many Christians are weak and ill, and some have died young which all boils down to the Church [us] not discerning the Body of Christ (not necessarily the Body of Jesus). All things are lawful. for me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but all things edify not. 1 Corinthians 10:23.

Your life as a Christian isn't only about what God has said about you. It's about what you have made manifest in your life. There are words literally swirling around in the heavenlies and it's up to you to jump in, embrace, and ensure that those words are at work in your life. Here is a message about what was on our pastor's heart when the vision of Beloved Church was birthed.

The Bible says that we are God's peculiar treasure. We need to take that message personal!

We (the Church) haven't infected the world enough to ensure that they know there is a better way to live, mainly because our lives aren't any different than theirs. If we can't be faithful, how can we expect people who aren't in the Church to be faithful? Pastor Steve get into a tough subject not many people are excited to hear about, however, it's more vital today than ever before!

Let's stop looking in the past for preference, rather look at it for reference and pursue the Kingdom of God like we were created to do.

You can't think and ponder on being a person who doesn't think negatively, by thinking about not being negative. Pastor Steve outlines for us how to be a person with good thinking!

Doing comes from Being, Going comes from Being, Willing comes from Being. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. (Ephesians 2:10) We aren't what we see in the mirror, rather God has given us incredible identity of human being.
