Before the Page

The Night Before Creation , or,  Midnight in Medzhybizh - by Idit Miriam Codish - takes listeners along on her recent incredible journey to the Ba'al Shem Tov's Tzion, gravesite, in the Ukraine.  Idit's prose is simultaneously wild and grounded. There is an ecstatic transference, a down-to-earth holiness, that somehow occurs while listening to Idit's story.
