Alright, another podcast to continue on to the knowledge of Jesus - we're off the mountain and into Jesus doing stuff! He kicks it off with some healing!

We wrap up the "Sermon on the Mount" AKA some of Jesus's most well known sayings. We are recording in two separate locations, and this is a bit "Neil heavy" but with some solid tangents about Kevin Costner movies,

This one was a little more Chris-lead with Neil along the ride with a page of notes, so, we didn't QUITE get to Jesus. We read the opening section of Luke, which in many cases according to churches, is still part of the Christmas Story. Another episode, but this time with a new guest, helping us break down more of Jesus's words. We're looking at Matthew 6.19-24 with Allen, who helps walk us through the possible meanings and confusion of this section. Another delve into Jesus's teachings on the sermon on the mount, mostly talking about donating to the poor and how people shouldn't pray. This is a section where Jesus talks a lot about how your personal spiritual practices should not be put on display. Chris drinks and reads, we talk a bit about Jonah, and make reference to Nick Jr. at least once.

We have a sober Chris and sober news. Please enjoy a podcast on the final section of Matthew 5, with 2 hosts, one fertile, and one not so much.

Another night where we talk about a section of Matthew (chapter 5), a Ghandi quote, and a little Castlevania. This section in particular is about making oaths, as well as the infamous “eye for an eye” passage.

Alright, here we go again, More drinking, more discussion! this passage is where Jesus discusses Adultery and Divorce, and really easy subjects like that.

Chris and Neil hit the part where the Bible says don't get angry at people, which is a little hypocritical considering Jesus gets mad one time and throws tables and chases people with whips. . .

Neil goes without notes throwing down some info on the an another part of the introduction to the sermon on the mount, covering Jesus's statement that he has "not come to abolish the Law", and Chris discusses a work-form-home-plan that is almost legitimate.

We continue in the introduction of the Sermon of the mount, where we discuss salted babes, seas, and morons. We cover a section where Jesus tells his disciples to be salt and light to the world, which is kind of weird to tell some one to be salty or to be light, but its not like Jesus has a reputation for being straight forward.

Back into more Jesus talk as we work our way through the book of Matthew. We wrap up the "beatitudes" before moving forward but not with out talking about purity rings, cults, and a few Hebrew words.

Get ready for some free-form discussions of ridiculous proportions with some Bible in there for good measure.
