I want to be (whenever I grow up:) a HEART Leader.  I want to be known as a trailblazer in this way of leadership. One that is grounded. One that is willing to feel. One that is willing to go first. From my heart to yours,  Dr. Angela

How do you start your day, energetically? Today, I shared my experience of starting the day in default and it felt heavy. And it didn't need to be. Imagine taking greater care for your mind, body, spirit and what you will be more available for! Together, we rise,  Dr. Angela

Can you tell the difference internally between needing from a desparate state versus wanting from a sufficient state? I share one of my stories and how it showed up to highlight how it can feel. Maybe if we stop chasing from that internal desperation, we will experience a whole new path. Let's go within,  Dr. Angela

When you WANT something from a compassionate vibe - how does that feel versus NEEDING something. Today, I somewhat messily articulate my perspective on this and what it could invite that may be more abundant. Enjoy! Angela
