By 2030, women will be the highest earning group. Women naturally seek community and when this community is used as a money grab, it’s quite easy for a woman to fall into the trap of it being her church, her idol or her savior. The people pleaser was always there to answer your texts, pick up your call, help you in a short notice and never itemize their assistance. But now they realize you don’t get rewards for always being available without requirement. The people pleaser is moving on.
