The Toronto Blue Jays ended their regular season home schedule with a sweep of the Boston Red Sox. Thanks to the Boston Red Sox the Toronto Blue Jays have clinched a postseason berth!  The Jays currently hold the top wild card spot with 6 games remaining and control their own destiny.  Justin and Patrick break down the standings, the upcoming series against Boston, and talk about Alek Manoah's charitable efforts.
