Bass Generator Records label and shop have been an institution since the scene’s beginning. The first release on the label was back in 1990, then in 1993 with the huge selling release “The Event” plus help from Scott Brown’s early releases (Lord of Hardcore/Genetik), Bass Generator Records was quickly established as a major influence throughout the rave scene, especially in Scotland.
