Teach your people how to be your client. When you become a successful barber, it gets tough to book w you. Don’t BIG time people and act like you’re the man now. Teach them how to get in your chair.

In any sub-culture, you have the outside looking in and waiting for the opportunity to make 💰💰. Watch out for that because they don’t have the best intentions for YOUR SUCCESS. They just want a piece if what’s poppin.

You’re done w barber School and you’re hyped up to cut. How do you find the right shop? There’s a way for everyone but these worked for me.

In my shop, we are 💯% client-centric. We are not about us, we are all about you. I talk about 2 points where can really effect the client’s experience.

Style comes from confinement plus the desire to express yourself. You only have so much space, so much time, so much energy to express your unique interpretation of what you want/do.

Not every haircut has to be an Instagram banger. Take pride in ALL of your work! Men’s regulars are just as important as the bald fades with crispy line-ups. 😁🔥💈👊🏼💯
