I discuss the importance of building relationships with not just one member of a coaching staff whether that be an assistant or the head coach. You want to be sure that you have established connections with all coaches on staff to ensure that they value not only your ability to play basketball, but you as a person as well. This is a crucial step in the recruiting process.

In today's episode I talk about the process of finding your role on a team. I give 5 of my best tips on how you can find a role, embrace it and make the most of that opportunity. Starting over at a new program or team, or even switching positions can be overwhelming but try to look at it as a new found opportunity to enjoy the process of becoming a better player and person.
