It was optimistic to think that we would have the Boston Marathon covered in one episode. It took a little more than that. This week we finish up with Boston. We'll talk about the crowds and the medal contraversy. Let's also talk about what's next. Not an easy question to answer after finally taking down your dream race.

It's finally time! We can report on the 127th running of the Boston Marathon. Fresh off our trip to Bean Town we are back with a full recount of the weekend. We cover the B.A.A. 5k on Saturday and the Full Marathon on Monday. It was an amazing trip, and we can't wait to tell you all about it! Let's Go!

It's cold. It's dry. These are the times that try folks souls. Something that might escape us during these cold days is staying hydrated. Even when it isn't blazing hot outside, our bodies will still do what our bodies do.
