Some people rob others to get what’s in their wallet. Ironically, what’s in our wallets can rob us of what God wants to do in our hearts. Greed will rob us. Generosity guards us.

Everyone worships something, worship the wrong thing and it will ruin everything

God is constantly moving us toward the completion of our salvation, and has placed in our hands the necessary tools. He has not only called us to holiness, but empowered us for it.

Since God is for us, with us, and in us, we should be the most joyful, prayerful, grateful people alive! Even when it’s tough, we can’t stop and won’t stop.

It’s wise to talk about the future, but we can’t let it distract us from the present. We need to stay focused on the relationships around us and with the Lord, enabling Him to move in and through us.

God won’t tell us a date for the final judgment because He wants us to expectantly wait for the inevitable. We know the end is near, so we can’t afford to apathetically sleepwalk through life.

When it comes to theology, we can’t ignore the facts. God gave us the facts to provide a foundation for our faith. The good news is that even though death feels final, Jesus has the final word!

Normally when something is inside-out, it’s not how it should be. Christian love is the opposite. When we focus on loving “insiders,” it sets the tone for a Godly lifestyle and leads to eternal impact on “outsiders.”

This message is rated MA: Maturing Audiences only! In a culture deeply submerged in sexual immorality, we are called to be set apart. To be part of the maturing audience, sexual purity is not an option.

Life is tough. The stakes are high. The battle is fierce. The struggle is real. Our only hope in emerging victorious is found through Jesus, His people, and our firm, growing faith in Him.

At the end of life, it won’t be trophies, medals, and awards we’ll be proud of. Our pride and joy will be that we allowed God’s Word to do God’s work in and through us, resulting in changed lives all around.

One foot in front of the other. Walking takes time and patience, but if we’ll walk closely with God, following Godly examples and setting and example for others, God will use us to amplify the Gospel.

Following Jesus paints a target on your back. As targets of the enemy, we have our own target: to live with such integrity that accusations and opposition can’t distort our message.

You were saved from plenty of things, but more importantly, you were saved for much more. God wants to change us so He can use our changed lives to exemplify and amplify the Gospel.

The world is upside-down. Jesus came to turn it right-side up. Turning the world right-side up isn’t an easy task, however. You have to be intentional about who you’re with, what you believe, and the message you preach.

You are either a slave to fear or a son of the Father, but you can’t be both. Since we have been chosen and adopted, we have confidence in who we are because of Who our Father is.

God will often give you more that you can handle, but He will give all the grace you need to endure.

Our last words are often our most telling words, as is proven with Joseph. Our goal should be to live as he did - pointing toward the future through our life, our death, and our dying words.

A victim mentality is a venomous mentality. It drives people out of our lives and prevents God from pouring blessings into our lives. If anyone had a right to live as a victim, it was Joseph, but he chose to rise above it.

You can run, but you can’t hide. If you want to be free from your sin, you must face your sin. After 20+ years of running, Joseph’s brothers finally face their failures, which is their only hope for freedom!

Streams in the dessert. Breath in dry bones. A child born to a virgin. God specializes in the unexpected. He wants to flip the script of our lives and cause growth even from our greatest tragedies.
