Awaiting Christ

What is Christmas all about? It's about Jesus. He is the reason for the season. We'll talk about that today.

The apostle John established right away who Jesus really was and we'll talk about that in this podcast.

This marks the end of this series. We'll talk about some of the verses in Romans 16 today.

I had stated in the last podcast of Eternal Life 101 today that I would start the Book of Revelation next week.  Give this a listen for what will actually happen next week.

The New Covenant, promised to the Jewish people, has been largely enjoyed by the Gentiles (non-Jewish people).  Paul was the messenger of God's salvation through Jesus Christ to the world. 

Jesus is not just the hope of the Gentiles but He is the progenitor of the New Covenant for the Jewish people.

You've heard it said hate the sin but love the sinner.  Basically, Jesus calls us to love even those who hate us but what do we do when we hear Christians say they hate various people?  I'll talk about that today.

The basics of the New Covenant...what does it look like actually lived out?  We'll continue that discussion this week and wrap that up.

The end times will likely be very political in nature but how much politics should a Christian consume before it becomes destructive?  We'll chat about that today.

What exactly is it like to life under the New Covenant in practical terms?  Is it rule keeping after all or is there a different way to life?  That's the topic of today's chat.

I've heard Bible teachers actually say that when we sin, God breaks fellowship with us. Is this true? I'll talk about that today.

The apostle Paul exhorts all believers to live out the law of love that fulfills the law.  Then goes on to exhort believers to live a holy life in light of the return of Christ.  We'll go over this today.

We are such a "plugged in" society.  Our devices keep us connected to the outside world 24/7.  But is that a good thing?  I'll talk about that today and give you some food for thought.

Today, we'll be covering what the apostle Paul admonished us to do in regard to the governing authorities over us.  Do we have to do everything they say?  Is there a time when we can disobey them?  We'll talk about that today.

Technology and social media definitely have their good uses, both have served to more or less ruin the world as we knew it.  That'll be our quick chat of today.

In light of the grace of God, Paul now exhorts us to live holy and separate lives distinct from the world.  He also urges us to live a life of service.  

Those of us looking for a literal fulfillment of Bible prophecy find it almost maddening how much the Church is apathetic for the things happening around us. End times fatigue is understandable but with the plethora for things happening right now, I'm hard pressed to come up why or how Christians aren't marveling more about what's happening.

You may look around in the world and think things are falling apart. They're not. They're falling into place. I'll go deeper into that today.

We're finishing up in Paul's assertion that God has not rejected His people, the Jews, because of Jesus Christ.

How the media has become in the west inspired this podcast.  When I say prophetic union, I mean the body of prophecy about the end times in the Bible and how much of it is happening right...now.  The hour is late and the time is short.

We're continuing Paul's message about the Jewish people in relation to Jesus Christ.

You've seen and heard of those Christians who are seemingly crazy with their Christian life and seemingly have no balance. Then when you suggest to them to have balance in their Christian life, they think it's a bad thing. I'll talk more about that today.

Many people believe the Church has replaced Israel. Is that true? We'll talk about that today.

We have seen what has become of the media of the western world in the last 5 (or so) years. They're now primed to promote the man of lawlessness when he is revealed, which I believe will be soon.
