Free agency in the NFL has started. Lots of big moves, but nothing huge. Contract extensions were more interesting. We talk free agency and the upcoming draft. March Madness is upon us and the tournament starts this week. We break down our picks and what we see happening.

NFL free agency has started in a way. Franchise tags are going out, players are getting cut, and contract extensions are being given. More will come next week. The NBA is rolling closer to the playoffs. The push for spots 2-6 in both conferences is heating up. Warriors and Lakers are looking like true contenders making this playoffs one to remember.

The All Star break is over. The trade deadline has passed. Now is when the NBA gets very interesting. Times fight for seeding and avoiding the play in. We go through the East and West standings and talk about their playoff projections. There is also a review of the new Lakers with Luka.

Congrats to the Eagles winning the Super Bowl. The halftime show was the best part with how bad of a beat down it was. We talk the game, mvp winner, and should a position player win it again.

Late Saturday February 1st, the Lakers and Mavericks shocked everyone by trading AD for Luka Doncic. No one saw this coming and took us all by surprise. Also Myles Garrett wants out of Cleveland. Plus the Super Bowl is on Sunday. We talk about the crazy week in the sports world.

The Bowns and the Falcons lost. We dive into the future of the browns now that Deshaun Watson is out for the year. Georgia got a good win. Defense played well, but a random call getting reversed due to water bottles on the field did not help.

We get back in action fresh off of our bye week that we didn't need. Its right back into college football with one weekend full of upsets and another full of good games. Transition over to the NFL where we talk Falcons success and Browns not so much. Plus all other news across both sports.

The Braves made it to the Playoffs somehow. It was a fight that they won. Now the Wild Card is here and the first game was a loss. We talk about how the season went and where the issues lie. The Bulldogs lost but there were still some good things that came out of it. That gets broken down. Plus a surprise rant at the end. What will it be?

Chef Curry played out of his mind to get us the gold. We couldn't get enough of it. NFL Preseason has started and we like what we see so far. We go into what we've seen so far.

The Olympics are in full swing and the US leads the world in medals by a large margin. Of course we focus the most on our basketball team. They are destroying everyone and eyeing the gold medal. NFL contracts are getting out of hand. Guys who do not deserve to be the highest paid are getting these contracts. We dive into our thoughts on these contracts, mainly Jordan Love.

Braves had 4 players go to the All Star game: Sale, Fried, Lopez, and Ozuna. We are pumped about it and talk about where the Braves go after the break. In the NFL world, Brandon Aiyuk requested a trade. We go over what we think will happen and much more as we get sidetracked on football.

NBA free agency is now open. and moves have been made. Nothing is very flashy outside of Paul George, but there are many significant moves that make teams more interesting for next year. We break down what we have seen so far.

As Jay predicted, the Celtics won the finals. He did not guess the game amount correct, but still got the overall correct. Gib is not too happy and just has to take his lumps. We break down the series as a whole.

There is only one major topic in the sports right now and that is the NBA Finals. Two games have been played. Boston is up 2-0 over the Mavericks. We talk about all of it.
