Truly, being a parent has changed my life. Before my Son, I was an avid cartoon watcher. During my Son (I know I capitalized it), I am so annoyed with kids shows. Just when I thought I would love him watching all the things that I grew up watching, as well as watching a few shows he's found, I'm finding that these shows are driving me insane. This episode is for my fellow parents. Enjoy.

When I was growing up, we had a candy lady in our neighborhood. She sold sweet snacks that all the children enjoyed. If we didn't have money, we scraped money together in order to get a sweet treat. I hope you enjoy my walk down memory lane.

This is a book written by licensed Clinical Psychologist, Dr. David Hawkins. He's been in practice for well over twenty-five years now. His book focuses on building healthy relationship with everyone; including the Creator. It is a good read and I highly recommend it. It is available for six dollars and sixty-five cents on Amazon Kindle in paperback.
